SC 1000: Local measurement of several parameters

A controller system to which SC sensors can be connected and from which they can be controlled consists of a single SC 1000 display module and one or more SC 1000 probe modules. The system is configured modularly in line with customer-specific requirements and can be expanded at any time with additional measurement stations, sensors, inputs, outputs and bus interfaces.
The probe module is used to connect SC sensors to a measurement station. Several probe modules can be linked to create a SC 1000 network.

90° turbidity measurement according to DIN EN ISO 7027. The backscatter photoreceptor measures suspended solids accurately in accordance with DIN 37414. A single correction factor replaces time-consuming multipoint calibrations with dilution series. The measurement data is displayed and processed with the help of a controller. The sensor is for pipe use only! A welding neck and a fitting are essential for pipe installation.

Das RTC-N-Modul regelt bei Ammoniumspitzen im Zulauf in Echtzeit die Belüftung, und stellt damit die angestrebten Stickstoffkonzentrationen sicher. Die Ablaufwerte stabilieren sich unmittelbar nach Inbetriebnahme des Moduls und in weniger als 24h nach Montage ist das gesamte System betriebsbereit.


Das RTC-N-Modul zur Belüftungssteuerung ist konzipiert für die Belüftersteuerung in Echtzeit auf Basis der Ammoniumbelastung. Dadurch lässt sich nachweislich der Energieverbrauch für die Belüftung um 10 bis 30 % senken, je nach Verfahren und Anlage. Es handelt sich um eine Aufbereitungsanlage, bei der ein Belüftungsbecken über das RTC-N-Modul und ein weiteres Belüftungsbecken über den bestehenden Sollwert von gelöstem Sauerstoff bei 3,0 mg/l gesteuert wird. Bei dem RTC-N-Belüftungsbecken ist die Konzentration von gelöstem Sauerstoff bedeutend geringer, was zu einer Ersparnis von 20 % führt!
